I’ve been working out on and off with Jay since last summer and have finally starting to get more consistent recently. Jay provides a nonjudgmental, encouraging, and safe workout space. He is professional and knowledgeable about fitness and nutrition, and where they align. I have a tendency to push myself too hard in the beginning and then crashing and burning a month in. Jay’s philosophies on longevity and how to slowly build good habits have given me a foundation for longevity. Fad diets and exercise routines are discouraged, balanced nutrition and healthy lifestyle are built! Definitely recommend 10/10!
Jay Shadowolf ...You sir, are an absolute boss!! If anyone knows struggle, it's you. Most couldn't have even taken a fraction of the beatdown life has given you. But you sir got right back up, brushed your shoulder off, and said "I ain't even mad" and continued on like a king who never lost sight of who he was!! So inspirational to me!! People, if you were ever gonna join a gym, or hire a personal trainer, look no further! This is the place!!
My birthday party was very very fun! I really liked that we got to spend some time at the gym and workout. I really liked exercising, and my favorite part was when we were hanging out after we worked out and sat and talked and ate our snacks and drank our water. I'm really glad I did my party here, and I think my friends had fun too.
